Took the car in for standard oil change and 42000 mile service. Told them I had a low tire pressure light on the other day. They reminded me that I had the tires for life program and ordered tires for my car and said I would only have to pay for wheel alignment. That was good news and the car was done sooner than they said!

I didn’t buy my Jeep here but have taken it here to be serviced twice. Very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. When Mark, my service rep, offered to hand wash & vacuum my car as well (no extra charge), that was icing on the cake. The only glitch was they kept referring to my vehicle as a Liberty, when I had already corrected them several times. Finally I received a very nice phone call from the manager assuring me that they had corrected their records to accurately reflect that I have a Wrangler, not a Liberty.
