I bought a 2007 Dodge Ram Truck at the Dick Hannah dealership back in Sept. of 2013, I did feel I got a very good deal and worked with a very knowledgeable salesman. However did feel the Sales Manager I worked with was a bit pushy. I did however later trade in the truck as it was not the right vehicle for me and felt it was best to get another vehicle. I decided on a 2013 Kia Soul through the Dick Hannah Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealership. My salesman Burton Walters was most helpful and drove me around to several of their lots to show me cars. The sales manager was very nice to work with and worked hard for me to meet my requirements. I have been happy with my service at this dealership and would definitely refer them to friends and family.

My wife and I went to Dick Hannah on a recommendation from our Daughter-in-law. We went with the intention of only looking and getting ideas for a new or slightly used vehicle. We had an individual through a credit union who was also looking for us, but, had not found anything within our price range. Burton became the main sales person helping us. Burton was down to earth and made us feel really comfortable in our search. He suggested we test drive a couple of cars which really made us determine that the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport was the car for us. My wife and I had decided on the price we could afford and we were so pleased that Dick Hannah was able to get us a brand new car that met our budget. During the whole process we did not feel at all pressured as we had with other dealerships on previous cars we had purchased. Heather James is a very good sales person. The first time we went to see about the Hummer there was 3 different people that talk to my dad so my dad got upset so we got up and left. Then Heather got in touch with my dad and said that she would help him in anything that she could well my dad couldn't get help from his credit union and Heather was able to help him. Burton greeted me with a very friendly smile and a great attitude when I stopped by to look into buying a new(er) car. He listened to all the needs I was looking for in a car, and immediately showed me several options he felt would meet my needs. He was willing to listen to all my questions and answer them honestly and thoroughly. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous going into the process. But every one I met at Dick Hannah Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep was very friendly and made every effort to make my car buying experience a pleasant one. Burton helped me out with every step of the process and made the whole experience feel effortless. I drove off with a beautiful 2008 Subaru Forester XT that same day. I would highly recommend people looking for a car to go to Dick Hannah Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep and ask for Burton Walters for a great car buying experience!

We had an excellent experience at Dick Hannah Jeep in finding and buying our new Jeep. Our sales consultant, Bill Farra listened carefully to what we were looking for and was very patient as we considered several models. He suggested Jeeps that we had not considered and helped us find exactly what we wanted. The rest of the sales staff was thorough and considerate and spent considerable time finding the lowest interest rates and best insurance offers. We enthusiastically recommend Dick Hannah and Bill Farra.

Regarding the Service Dept. I have nothing but praise. These guys have been straight up professional, attentive, POLITE, and a joy to work with during every visit. It doesn't matter who greets me and handles my visit that day, I have yet to experience anything less than a 5 star day from this dealership. I use them exclusively as a result and am happy to take the time to share my experience.

I had an oil change, and they checked everything out for me, I am going on a big trip and I wanted to make sure my 02 Ram 1500 was good to go. The only thing that they fixed was a bulb in the license plate holder, and they replaced it for free!! Everything else was checked out. Great job.

Jessica the service person was friendly, helpful, resourceful. She signed me up for the service, and then referred me to a colleague for warranty work. The service was performed on time and the auto seems to be working fine. So overall I'm very satisfied with the service.
